Simone had the great idea of creating this online community on Ning.
1) One objective of this interface is to experiment with Ning features.
Try it out: set up and customize your personal member's page; blog on it when you feel like it; invite friends to be part of your network; create a new group within our community; start discussion topics on the forum; create events and invite other members there.

2) Second, to follow up on Michael's idea of creating a KS community space that would continue the interaction of KS2 participants and could serve as a rallying point for past and future similar KS workshops, this Ning interface and its Groups feature allows you to keep track of your KS workshop friends and carry on sharing knowledge about knowledge sharing tools and methods, with all other members potentially benefiting.

Please note: there are six administrators for this group interface: Simone, Nancy, Gauri, Petr, Pete and Jo.
Do let us know if you are not happy with our experiments of changing layouts and the general architecture of the interface. This is your community as much as ours.
